RealHouseSales.com is an internet based service which aims to aid buyers and sellers accomplish their real estate goals by facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals, as well as provide access to educational tools and real estate listing data. When utilizing the RealHouseSales.com services, users agree, when prompted, to voluntarily provide personal contact information, such as email, physical address, phone number, full name, and other data where appropriate to facilitate delivery of services and allow for full enjoyment of the service. Subscription to the service is free and end users are not charged any service fee for using the services on RealHouseSales.com. In order to allow services to remain free, end users acknowledge and consent to RealHouseSales.com sending electronic communications of a promotional nature for additional real estate services offered by separate and independent entities that RealHouseSales.com partners with. These separate entities may include but are not limited to real estate brokerages, title companies, attorneys, mortgage brokerages, construction companies, and other entities that provide real estate related services. RealHouseSales.com agrees to provide commercially reasonable mechanisms to facilitate subscription cancelation in a timely manner. Cancelation of services will cease communication between the service RealHouseSales.com and customer, however customer data will not be deleted unless a written request is made to the service. USE OF CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION FOR SERVICE CULTIVATION

In order to provide better services to its subscribers, RealHouseSales.com will engage in prospecting activity. All electronic communications sent by RealHouseSales.com (including those sent on behalf of its afiliates) as well as those directly sent by RealHouseSales.com third party affiliates, will include an opt-out or unsubscribe feature which homeowners and tenants can use to opt-out of future communications. Homeowners who wish not to receive electronic communications (e.g. invitation to subscribe to the service, promotional communication for the service) may unsubscribe to the service by clicking the unsubscribe link in the communication, emailing [email protected], or written notification sent via United States Postal Service to P.O.178 Flagtown, NJ 08821-0178.
